I'm Having Trouble Signing In Or Resetting My Password

If you're having trouble signing into your account, you can request a password reset by clicking here, or going to "Your account" and selecting the green "forgotten password" link under the log in boxes. 

 

 

 

If you've requested a password reset and not received it within 15 minutes, it may be worth checking your junk or spam email folder in case it's been filtered out. Your password reset link should be valid for 48 hours 
 
Please also check that you have used the same email address and correct domain (e.g. gmail or googlemail) 

 

If you have received your forgotten password link but it has expired too early, there are a couple of things you can do to get this working: 
 

  • If you’re using a mobile or tablet device try the link again on a desktop, laptop, PC or Mac  
     

  • If you don’t have access to a desktop, laptop, PC or Mac device, tap and hold the green “Reset password” button on the email, copy and paste the link into your device’s web browser (eg. Safari or Chrome) to load the link.
