- You have not made a qualifying purchase
- We haven't received confirmation of your purchase/switch from your provider.
- You have purchased your product or renewed directly with your provider.
- For claims against Credit Card or Loan applications, if you selected 'No' to a reward on transferring from compare
.com to the product provider, then your claim will unfortunately be declined.
- You've not claimed using the same account email address used to purchase/switch.
- Customers purchasing a qualifying product after 00:00 on 12 May 2018 will not be eligible to claim a Meerkat Toy but will be eligible to claim Meerkat Movies or extend their existing Meerkat Movies Membership.
